1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You may sign in using email & password, GitHub, Google, or phone number (SMS verification code). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to browse, create, and share HTML-based tools. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated scripts to scrape or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing a tool on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Craftvo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Tools created by users belong to their respective creators.

6. Tool Purchases and Access Grants

Some tools on Craftvo are private and require a purchase or an authorization from the creator to access. This section explains what you receive when access to a tool is granted or purchased.

What you receive: a license to use

A purchase or authorization grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tool through the platform. Your access is locked to the version available at the time of purchase; you may upgrade to newer versions at your own discretion when the creator publishes them.

What is not included

• Access to, or ownership of, the tool's source code
• Any intellectual property rights in the tool, which remain with the creator
• Any rights to the Craftvo platform itself
• The right to copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the tool

Stability of granted access

Creators cannot arbitrarily remove access from users who have purchased or been granted access to a tool. A tool with active grants or purchases cannot be deleted until those grants are properly handled.

When access may be suspended

Notwithstanding the above, we may suspend or terminate access to a tool in the following circumstances:

• The tool violates applicable laws or regulations
• The tool is found to contain malware or harmful code
• Continued availability poses a security risk to users or the platform
• The tool infringes third-party intellectual property or other rights
• The Service is discontinued or materially restructured
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Reservation of rights

We reserve the right to determine, in good faith, whether any of the above circumstances apply. Where feasible, we will provide reasonable notice before suspending access.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
