Developer Agreement

1. Responsibility for your tools

You are responsible for the tools you publish, including their behavior, content, and compliance with laws and third-party rights.

2. No harmful deletion

You will not delete or unpublish tools in ways that harm users who have purchased or been granted access. Tools with active buyers or authorized users cannot be deleted until their access has been properly resolved.

3. No malicious code

You will not upload tools that contain malware, trackers that exfiltrate personal data, deceptive dark patterns, or any code intended to harm users or the Service.

4. Respecting buyers and authorized users

Users who purchased or were granted access to your tool are locked to the version they obtained and may upgrade at their own choice. You agree not to intentionally push updates whose purpose is to degrade their experience, or to pressure them into unwanted upgrades.

5. Platform enforcement

If a tool is found to be illegal, infringing, or malicious, or otherwise violates our policies, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Unpublish or remove the tool from the platform
• Freeze or withhold related earnings and payouts
• Suspend or permanently ban the developer account
• Cooperate with authorities where required by law

These actions may be taken without prior notice when urgent (for example, active security threats), and with reasonable notice otherwise.

6. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Developer Agreement from time to time. Continued publishing of tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
